I talked to a few recruiters about how I want to leave for a financial analyst position and all of them tell me that it’s not likely and that it’s a two step process to get there. They have said I should go with senior accounting roles and then transition after... however that doesn’t seem very convincing to me and I would rather make the move now while I’m still early in my career (first year audit senior). Would appreciate any experiences or advice 😁

I’m trying to transfer departments at my company and I talked to the MD of the department i wanna transfer to, and told him working remotely is a requirement to me, and he said he’s not sure if that’s possible, and that would depend on HR and the hiring manager. How many project rejection are normal in nagarro. I have been mapped with different stack due to which have been rejected twice for proposed projects.

I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?
