TCS- 20LPA ( 15.8 Fixed+ 80k retention bonus after each successful year of completion+ 3.4 L monthly and quarter variable pay)

IBM- 20.35 LPA (Total fixed) and 50 k joining bonus.

Yoe- 7.3 years. Technology- IICS.informatica power center.
Which one to join considering-
1. Career growth
2. WLB
3. Maternity leave benefits
4. Future annual hikes

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

We’re not fired, but they’re transferring us to the core implementation team, which has a horrible reputation for malignancy, overworking, and isn’t at all what I was hired to do. On my W2 federal wages are the same as NY state wages, how do I track down my New York w2 wages without access to my detailed timesheets?
