Do y’all do 15 year or 30 year for your portfolios? I am finally going to see a therapist for my depression and suicidal thoughts. Alot of bad things happened to me the past 2 years and I just can't handle it anymore. Just wanted to get it off my chest.

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.

I am on the brink of quitting my consulting gig. I had a good record up until this project, where I really struggle and have a very disengaged team and highly political and bureaucratic client. What should I be considering in thinking through how to decide? What factors would you think about?
