I recived mail from Deloitte USI HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and filled CTC data sheet and Aadhar, PAN. Does this mean i got through or selected ? I didn't recieve any formal communication whether i am selected or not.

How to move things along with forgetful partners? I am a new 1st year and I am staffed with a partner who is swamped. They are great but otherwise very busy and occasionally forgetful (meetings with other partners or associates, assignments to review, responding to others). Is there a way to appropriately remind them of things without being an irritating junior?

I’m junior to two Legal Counsel (I work in-house) who are passive aggressive towards each other. They don’t attend each other’s meetings and leave each other out of email CC’s. It’s pretty clear this is done on purpose as one of them has bitched to me about the other.

Just left one agency for another, smaller one and feeling overwhelmed after the first week. How long before I start thinking I made the best choice?

My anxiety makes me good at my job. My incessant checking, and double checking, and analyzing has earned me praise, trust, and early promotions. Sometimes I wonder, if I were to take medication to give myself some relief, and to stop the panic attacks, would I be less productive? And then I wonder, do I value my own health so little? But I’m so validated by my performance...sad isn’t it? Hope I’m not alone.

A coworker sharing their screen accidentally screencasted a job application they were filling out. It was up for long enough I saw some of what they were saying they did; I did that work or someone else did, so I’m annoyed they’re lying but honestly hope they find a new job that makes them happy. I feel like I’ve been pretty negative lately. My team morale has been low and I feel like that negativity is seeping in and all I do is complain lately. I love my agency and want to love my job.
