I took a position recently and went from fully hybrid/remote/do what I want when I want to all in office.

I knew in order to work for an organization that met my top needs, I needed to make this sacrifice and I am so glad I did.

I firmly believe in person communication is the most effective in progressing a company's culture forward.

There will be times I'll go back to a more hybrid schedule, but for now, I am happy I made the move. I feel seen and heard after 16 years of doing this career.

What can be expected CTC for 7 yrs exp level 9 in Accenture for application devloper project role . Current CTC is 13.92

I currently do securities ops/accounting but want to move into a more client facing role. One of our marketing/client service associates got a promotion, so I’m guessing she’ll be doing higher level work, which may leave a gap for some of the work she used to do. How would I go about asking if I can work on that team in some capacity but still do my current role? I’ve only been there 1 yr and I know my current manager also has some higher level items in securities ops he wants me to do as well.

HR provided the feedback as I am not rejected bit not fit for the role so they have put me in talent plus pool. What should I expect next and does this mean that I may get the offer ?

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi folks, I had a quick question around remote work. My office is in San Francisco but I worked remotely from NJ for clients on the WC. How should I answer the question, “did you earn income working remotely by providing the services in a different state than the state you originally engaged employment with it”? If it matters, I never set foot in CA.
