I used to think benefits were just perks, nice to have, but not a big factor. Other than medical and dental check-ups, I rarely used them. Now, I see my benefits as a core part of my compensation package. In fact, I’ve found some great support offerings in the various plan documents and supplemental offerings that I didn’t know existed. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge.
