I want to change my job because of the following reasons:

1) current org got acquired
2) too much noise around restructuring, lot of exits from the team and upper management, few team members have been asked to leave.
3) change in growth/ promotion parameters - hikes will be cut from this January.

What should be an appropriate way to explain the above reasons during interviews?

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work.
