I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. “Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.
