Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months.It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup.In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much.But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

When you say see them, do you mean visit or would consider living in? There are some great agencies doing national work in Minneapolis, Kansas City, Austin, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Portland ME where you can push your career forward and have a more affordable living situation. Moving outside of LA, NYC, Chicago, and San Fran doesn't mean having to compromise on your career anymore.
But if you're just talking about places to go see, I'd recommend Boise, Santa Fe, Charleston and Quebec City (I know it's Canada, but it's basically Europe in North America).

Dallas and Austin are cool af, go to Deep Ellum in Dallas at night
Visit Jackson Hole WY and go hiking in the Tetons.

The Oregon coast is incredibly beautiful, and the lobster is some of the best I’ve had. The Tillamook cheese factory is there serving up some insanely good ice cream. Way better than the packaged stuff they sell.
Copywriter 1 I forgot Gearhardt. That and the other 2 I mentioned are the nice towns. Astoria’s ok but Seaside is really depressing. It was great when I was a kid but now it’s blighted, although the aquarium and the boardwalk are still fun.
Want to see what San Francisco would look like as a 70k person town with no tech people? Hit up Duluth mn in the summer. Absolutely beautiful.
Pittsburgh, Savannah, Austin. Vermont in the summertime is pretty great.
Pittsburgh has lots of cool museums, awesome food, and nice people. Also great sports stadiums if that’s your thing. Savannah is chill, with historical stuff and great bars and restaurants. Someone else mentioned Charleston, snd I think they are close enough you could do both in one trip.
