I am 49 y/o and for the last 10 years I have inquired with my doctor about testosterone. He occasionally tests me and I hover around ~500 give or take. I have a coworker using testosterone and he is over 1000 and feels like he can smash a wall. I don’t want to smash a wall, but I like the idea of feeling that strong and confident. Woke this morning at 5:22a standing at full attention, so I’m still good to go….would still like to try test one day, but the doctor keeps telling no, I am fine. Thanks is for posting this. Never connected the two.
Nutrition, sleep, exercise, abstaining from alcohol and drugs. Research natural methods for improving testosterone and thyroid function. In my experience these two systems are similar and can be improved or harmed with diet and behavior.
Exercise especially squats daily and have a soldier salute every morning
