I was just curious, and wanted to get perspectives from the community. Sometimes I get pinged by my 2nd degree contacts for a referral at a role in my current company. But they are reluctant to share their resume with me. Usually, I’ve been asked to make a connection with the hiring manager directly. Why the hesitation to share Resumes? Am I missing / overlooking something?? If it helps, in this case it’s an ex-MBB individual looking for a role in my company. Thanks!!
