Can’t comment about comp since it differs across divs, but hierarchy: A SA M D P (M includes a year of SM) @~3yrs

I think it’s 2 years across the board now more often than not. They had to because of retention
Also whats the hierarchy for pwc? Would
Like some context thanks
PwC has salary bands, so you won’t be able to negotiate salary. You may be able to negotiate what level you come in at (e.g., SA1 vs SA2), with higher bands being a higher salary. Not sure what ranges are, but there’s a PwC salary excel floating around somewhere on fishbowl, try search function in the main consulting bowl
Thanks for your response, if I have two other offers will that help me be able to negotiate or is that not something that they take into consideration
Would recommend to understand what cohort of SA you’re coming in as - SA1,SA2,SA3 all have diff pay bands and sa1 could mean 2 years until you’re promoted to manager (but also sa3 isn’t guaranteed 1 year to manager)
Yw! Yep ask your recruiter and you can negotiate it. I joined ~2 years ago and did the same
Something around $80K-$100k.

Coming from a PwC employee. U can’t negotiate pay because it’s open information (ie cohort pay). If u get brought on as an experienced associate then 90-100k. If u get brought on as a senior associate then 110-120k
