I was just told that I would be promoted to a senior associate role at one of the Big 4. I know I should be happy and proud that the past 2 years of hustle and moments of self-doubt truly came to fruition. But in all honesty - I am still unmotivated to go to work everyday (been struggling to open the laptop the past month) and I don’t feel fulfilled by any means. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there. I am currently working with JPMC and my CTC is 21 LPA, I got an offer from Visa for 27LPA. Should I switch? How is Visa in terms of WLB, Job security etc?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?
