I was offered a remote Senior Project Manager position for an agency in Boston. The salary is 85k, and the benefits are $285 a paycheck. (50% covered by the agency and 50% covered by the employee according to the offer letter). They also have no 401k. I’ve never worked at an agency before, only in house. I really want a remote position but I’m hesitant to accept this offer. Is this a common salary/benefits situation for all agencies? Or should I keep looking elsewhere?
