Dinner compensation allocation by firm

Do you think anyone will be hiring at this time?
Hi, world. Amy, 45, Kansas City.
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?
Nagarro
What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

No, it is not common. If there’s no 401k, I’m guessing that it’s a very small agency?
The salary seems fine, but most agencies cover 85-100 % of the employee's health insurance. 401K is usually a pretty common benefit, too.
Look somewhere else.
You can get at least 90k w/ a 401k. It says you're a communications specialist, I would only take this role if
1) you're looking to pivot & know that the role you're signing up for will help onboard + train you if you're new to PMing
2) you have no job and see it as a floatation while you look for something better.
Otherwise, look for a regular Project Manager role that pays that much & has the benefits you want.
