I was wondering what realistic expectations should I have as a CCB applying for an Analyst position. No internships under my belt, <1 year in my role, GPA: 3:0, currently taking the FMVA course from CFI, and know a bit of SQL, Python, and R. What should I do to increase the probability of being selected for an interview? Or am I better off seeking an internship or applying somewhere else to try and gain some relevant experience?

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. I am just unsure whether to accept the offer as I was waiting for kpmg reply as I want B4 on my resume which apparently is a big deal. Is BT also good on resume for future employers ??

What’s the hourly pay for others as a quality transaction specialist? I’m at $19.18 and feel it’s low for the inflation rate. HR and leadership refuse to give the salary range definitions and will say if I’m either in the low or median range of pay.

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. Has anyone had similar experience?
