I work for a company where every month they target me and put my tickets has mishandled. If I do one way they tell I was not empathetic if I do the other way they are like why do I ask a lot. In short what ever I do they find a mistake, if a do tickets from a certain queue I am questioned, if the same others do they are not asked. I am from a different state to the work place and they all are from one. They tell I don't speak a lot, I don't understand them. I work for more than 8 hrs.what to do?

A consistent piece of feedback on my yearly reviews has been that I over-bill & spend too much time on assignments.
