TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

I would start with clearly and directly communicating with your boss what your regular work load looks like, what your goals and objectives are for that position, why things will not be sustainable as they are and how this will result in not meeting goals and expectations, and what your suggestions are to improve the situation (another hire, more or different resources, a more flexible schedule, etc.) Document that conversation. Be consistent and persistent with your message that you cannot achieve what they need from you with the resources you currently have and what your specific request is for a solution. That's your role here. Theirs is to fix the problem you are communicating to them.
