I work for a small PE firm with 400 M AUM. Fund AUM being 150 M. I work as the fund controller and I got a raise of 7% and a bonus of 14% . What are your thoughts - Im kinda upset since I did a lot of things for them even beyond my job duties and haven’t taken more than a 2 days off in a year. I doing feel like they value me.
