I work in member service operations at a large credit union, and I am curious how other credit unions structure their attendance policies for their call center member service representatives. Do you have an occurrence or point system for unscheduled absences? How long do they last before they fall off, and how many can they get before diciplinary action?

Does anyone use a brokerage account instead of a checking account? Mine offers a fee free debit/atm card and free checks which I'd rarely use but starting to question whether it is worth maintaining my "big bank" checking account that requires a $1500 minimum balance.
