Service dragged, tickets piled up, and guests got impatient, but the food was always flawless when it hit the table. At another job, the motto was “good enough, get it out,” and speed always won over polish. Both have their pros and cons. Do you prefer a strict perfectionist kitchen, or a “good enough, get it out” approach?

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.
