I would like have your advise on which company to join as this is my first switch. I have got 2 offers. One is from HCA Healthcare for 16 LPA with 15 LPA as base and 1LPA as performance bonus. The other offer is from ModMed with 20 LPA with 19LPA as base and 1LPA as joining bonus. Which one do you think is best?

My company allows contributions to both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) 401k. Is it better to split my contributions between the two? For example, I could contribute 3% to Roth and 3% to traditional (my employer matches up to 6% total but that can only goes to traditional)

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.
