I have a return offer from a big 4! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as an intern and have no complaints. Would love to go back.

However, a bit confused if I should try and recruit with MBB’s or if I should accept the big 4 offer already and take the sign on bonus?

Would it be a blunder to NOT try recruiting with MBB’s ? Besides the monetary aspect, what are the other things I’d have to think about?

Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Longest you ever waited for an offer letter? I’ve met with a total of 5 people including the partner in charge and accepted the verbal. It’s been a little over two weeks since hearing back. They touched base with me a couple times saying it needs approval but starting to lose hope.

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. There should be more exotic vetenarian locations than what is offered. I owned a pair of lovebirds and finding affordable petcare within proximity of our home was fairly difficult.
