I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

First of all, if such discussions happen it is always advisable to document the MoM over email between you and your direct manager. This ensures that there is no miscommunication or misunderstanding at a later stage. Verbal discussions don’t stand any impact honestly since it can refuted by either of the parties at any time. Now in this case, have a final discussion with your manager & see what his response is. If you are not satisfied, you may take up the issue with your skip level manager and even that doesn’t works out you may seek help from your HRBP. But again in that case also, some sort of documented proof would make the case stronger.
Okay. Please ask for an ETA by when you can have a clarity on this. Basis the outcome you can decide your next steps.
Now the deadline has finished and he told me that he didn't nominate me because he think I need to give time to this role and work on my performance
If you really feel this is unjustified then please take this up with your skip level manager/HRBP for further assistance. Wish you luck
