Got an offer to leave with ~50% raise to industry. Been told Accenture will counter but I doubt they will match (I’m lvl 10). Any tips?

Mapped to a exec who isn’t related to my field. Canceled every 1:1 with me since 2021 but spoke to me twice this year to passively aggressively raise performance issues during known personal issues. Didn’t mention achievements. I’m told to not talk or respond to emails from them, even if they contain questions. Can never explain myself & have no trail. Even taunted me by calling me “tone deaf” & “you don’t get it” & didn’t sign bereavement card. Salvageable? Doomed? Tips?

I need advice on how to approach a raise request.

I am a software sales representative in the manufacturing space. My starting salary was $85,000 in 2015 I did not receive a raise until I asked for one three years later in 2018. The raise was 5%. I have not received a raise since the 5% raise I received in 2018. They granted me a $2000 one time bonus in 2021 when I asked for a raise. How do I request a raise and get one?

I’ve been extremely busy. Because of this, I have less patience for the constant follow up required for me to get things out the door (I’m talking about weeks of unanswered e-mails and phone calls). I have been finding it difficult to raise the issue because everyone seems appreciative and many partners (including the ones who are causing the unnecessary stress) go out of their way to tell me what a fantastic job I’m doing. I am the only person that makes up our Recruiting team, for 3 years now— with 50 locations, 100+ ads on a monthly basis, 20+ new hire full cycle onboarding weekly— all done by me alone. As I end my summer internship in the next couple of days my supervisor have expressed interest in offering me a part time position during the fall semester. If I were to get this return offer, that’ll be part time, would I be able to still negotiate that offer? And if so, if HR were to send me the offer would those negotiations need to be spoken with HR or my supervisor? My supervisor already was open to the idea and was just waiting for HR.

I have total 4.10 years of experience. It's joining date is 31st oct. I was waiting for Barclays offer. I extended joining date of citi twice for that.
Barclays is assuring me that they are done with all approvals. But it takes 1-2 weeks to release the offer. Shall I wait for Barclays offer or shall I join citi bank? But if I wait for Barclays, I will not have any offer hand.

First year here (midsize) this busy season I made a ton of mistakes so far.

Also had some work that was meant for me but was sent to someone else to finish on time cause I was taking too long... when I ask for work, scheduling takes super long to respond or just never gets back to me... so I ask co workers and lately I been getting forwarded some extensions and or 1040s.

I’ve been putting around 50 hours a week so far. I barley hit 55.

Should I be worried? I don’t want to get fired 😪
