Splunk have RSU and more vacation but IBM have signing bonus

For 7.1 Y experience grade 8b- Tech Lead-II John deere max budget hr mentioned 22.67 including 8% variables and Opus offering 25L Fixed and Joining Bounus as well.

I am usually being offered senior financial analyst roles at about the $120K mark. I’ve been looking into roles with the tech industry but so far most of the offers have been from aerospace/defense/it services. Does this sound like a reasonable entry point and salary or can I reach for higher?

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m so burnt out by big law and this seems like an awesome opportunity to help shape a newish company. Any tips on how to figure out if this is the right move for me?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Business Analyst (Internal Hire) working in freight technology knowing I am incredibly underpaid.

I’m in my 2nd month as an internal hire (formerly a Pricing Analyst). I did negotiate for a higher salary when I made the transition receiving nothing but the promise of a conversation to reevaluate in three months.
