If I reimburse my leaves, then what is the rate of payment per leave ? like basic salary per day or gross salary per day ?

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. I have been recently selected in Virtusa and in the compensation there are components like Internet reimbursement, LTA, food reimbursement.

I work at a ‘free market’ firm and have developed a very good reputation among partners. Naturally, they are drowning me in work. Each time a new case comes up, the partner will email asking if I have “time and interest” in helping.
