If I'm honest with myself, I dread going back to school. This is my third year, and it hasn't gotten easier. How do I get through it?

ORM 740 GMAT, 3.1 GPA from Top 10 Public, Tier 2 -> Tech in Finance with 4 YOE. Would it be a reach to get into UCLA, Yale, or Berkeley?

I have received an offer to work with another big 4 in London as manager with their consulting team starting June. The role is definitely a step up in terms of responsibilities from my current role as a senior consultant. What was your experience with the LSAT? Do you think it's gatekeeping, preventing students who can't afford it (often people of color) from entering the field?
