If I’m making 65K at an indie agency right now, what would be a reasonable percentage to ask for as a raise next year?

Hi, I’m new here and pretty much in the industry too , I have experience in food service and bartending (a year) in different companies but I do have a bachelors degree in hospitality and administration with a minor in events management and I would like to know how I can get a job that would help get up the ladder and make a good salary? Like which kind of job I could apply for and get hired that would help me to climb up the fastest?

Two week notice submitted this morning! I’m very lucky to have had multiple offers but the stress of deciding, giving notice, etc. has had me really off for the last few weeks.
