You seem to misunderstand how ranges work.
Lol, any of those are probably a stretch! But I like your style. Maybe stick to $73k and see what happens?
10% over what you're willing to accept, whatever that is. They're almost guaranteed to counter if you come in over the stated range. If they bother, that is.
Give them a range as well.
If there is a pay range, they are going to want to pay you somewhere within that range, not thousands over the given range
