Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

You will take what you are given 😂
I got an internal promotion and 10ish % for reference.
It depends on how your company does compensation…
I got close to 15 % for my promotion, I have seen 20% for a lower level promotion
Which company?
In this market.. not a lot.
My experience has been that salary range is per band, so even if it's one role up, check whether it's the same band or different band. Same band, then first evaluate where you fit in the band range (high or mid) and depending on that you can negotiate for base salary negotiations. However, if it's a new band, with hopefully more base range, then you should not limit yourself and ask the market standard. Just for reference, I went from AD to D and already had a pretty high base so even though it was a leg up, the % increase in base was low (I negotiated for bonus and LTI), but when I went from D to SD, then the base increase was almost 25% (it was also a good year for the company so that did effect overall growth).
Interesting. I had the opposite dynamics with moving from AD to D with approx 25% up and then from D to SrD with <10% in base.
