Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? How diligent is Mintz background check. When it comes to education? My references, credit, criminal and work experiences will check out. However said I already graduated school when I am in reality a month away from graduating. The company sent over the contract and start date at the same time as the background check.

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

Went in to check compare sizes for an Aqua Terra (green dial) but now torn between that and Moonwatch Sapphire (manual wind but the case in the back is just 😍)

Surprisingly the Moonwatch felt smaller (even though it’s 42mm vs 41mm Aqua terra) but I’m not sure about the manual wind tbh - worried I’d break it

I’m a first year associate (almost second year). I work at a national firm and I’m not a litigator. When I started with the firm, I was told I could work out of any office. Long story short, I regret choosing the office that I chose. I’d like to transfer to another office - is that a difficult ask? I’m licensed in the state I’d like to transfer to.
