If you could design one job benefit for yourself or your team and your company would actually say yes, what would you pick? Mine would be a 4-day schedule while still working my normal 5-day hours, just having Fridays off every week. I feel like that extra day would make such a difference for errands, appointments, or just having a little more room to breathe before Monday comes around. Curious what others would choose if you could build your ideal perk.

Seeing how 401k’s, ira’s etc..are mostly based in stocks. What happens if we have another Great Depression and the stock market crash’s. Even if you have Real estate investments, if ppl can’t pay rent like with Corona, that’s not really helpful. So what are other ways in addition to those mentioned is there to help secure you into old age?

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
