If you had a choice to move to IB from big 4 FDD, what path would you rather choose in general?

- Experienced analyst at a known MM bank (Harris Williams, Raymond James, Lincoln, etc)

- Associate at a smaller less known MM/LMM bank

I’m talking with both types of roles and can’t decide. Also about to turn 30 so the idea of joining as an analyst is definitely not ideal.
