Hello fishes, I received offer letter from Mindtree and uploaded the documents on their onboarding portal. But now I have a better offer in hand and hence will not be joining Mindtree. Today's high point in my chemistry class: I am teaching Atomic theory and structure. I have my students look at their periodic table and I walk through the information listed for each element. At this point I talk about a lot of big ideas that are related as an prelude to where we are headed. One student told me that she took chemistry last year, and in 10 minute I was able to connect all of the pieces that never made any sense to her. Her 'aha's moment was like candy to me.

Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. My colleagues called me because they were confused on why the Talent Manager dismissed me from the chat. I didn’t know what they were referring to. So I called my PM to ask what was happening, and she said that she just got off the phone with the TM and said they were terminating my contract on the spot due to me speaking up about micromanaging. No explanation just kicked out. Advice?
