10 days?! Are you brand new or something?
Executives funded their M$ bonuses / salary increases by stealing benefits from workers or laying people off.
They also made it a rule that says if Omnicom needs to close due to public policy, workers have to use their personal days for that time off.
Up to two years tenure. Seniority in terms of job level has no bearing (I’m an EVP, I get two weeks now (and clearly no longer at Edelman)). It makes me apoplectic every time I think about it.

I feel you. Currently have the best boss of my career. But that doesn’t make up for being treated like a junior employee this far into my career. Ppl are jumping ship left and right at my agency. Recruiters know there’s blood in the water.
Handbook they finally released basically says no and if you do, you have to first exhaust your PTO and sick time
It’s never unlimited PTO, at Area 23, I was warned I was going over 20 days. It’s also based in your utilization rate
I was able to use mine very freely, really depends on your team and manager
Is it possibly that low because you joined later and they gave you the percentage of the days that correspond to the length of you contract so far?
Any chance agencies will be able to set their own time off policies again? And if so, will they bother?
