Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Update resume and get your personal files off now. It can be hard to quantify your accomplishments, so do it now while you have access to look up things
When it comes to quantifying value on a CV e.g. improved efficiency by 30%, how should one go about this?
Do you just estimate the figures/impact or do you need some sort of evidence to prove that the facts you put on your CV are indeed true?
Start job hunting now.
I am infact I’m looking for work as a UXUI designer and webflow designer, can you help me, I have great experience in this field.
Pro
Resume up to date, start looking and beginning to send out apps. It’s not a great market and the recruiting times are taking quite a while. Earlier you start the better.
also worthwhile to understand what a layoff might mean to you for compensation (so you are not surprised). Is there severance, how long benefits go on for, and what does that entail. Perhaps also finding out if possible what others in your company might have received if this is part of ongoing rounds of elimination.
Update resume, focus on networking internally if you want to stay at the firm, start reaching out to your network outside the firm, maybe send some job apps to places you are 80% sure you’ll at least get an interview so you can get some “practice interviews” in
As we got used to it, layoffs are always around the corner, so always keep your CV and LinkedIn updated for the Doomsday
Starting job hunting asap - better to leave on your own terms.
Resume up to date. Make sure it tells your story. Have it reviewed as well. If you're severance eligible maybe good to start looking, but if they willing to pay you for a lay off. Consider taking that and double dipping if possible. Maximize your cash. I'm on my 2nd layoff and did all that.
Shoot and eat the birdie.
What is best practice once you start a new job is network with everyone because when things like this happen you have already build relationships with other teams and people who might have connections to other departments and companies.
Get contact info you may use for references.
Stack cash.
Understand how to sign up for unemployment in your state and how much you qualify for.
Clear personal items from office.
Email or print status reports - it may help when working on a resume.
Scrub or lockdown social media — employers may be looking at that.
Update LinkedIn profile.
Book time with a lawyer to understand what you are entitled to in terms of severance, etc.
Also now is the time to change your linkeded photo and change it to looking for work unless you don't want your manager to know then at leasts you can be looking on linkedin quitely for jobs also.
Also check https://www.warntracker.com/ and see if your company has already put out a warn letter to the government.
Be ready so you don’t have to get ready.
That means you always have an updated resume. An active LinkedIn profile, updated of course. You are always doing the things necessary to develop yourself personally & professionally. You’re asking for feedback & putting the useful feedback to work for you,
Networking. Meeting new people - and not just focusing on the ones who can “help” you. How do you treat the people who can’t help you?
If a layoff happens, you’re not scrambling to do the foundational work. It’s in place.
