Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.

If I wanna leave the firm in December.. when do I have to tell to my audit teams? I have to be utilized well enough to get my 30 month experience till december.
