My husband gets about 5.5% raise yearly but catches $40k in bonuses yearly!
No, and this is why I regret majoring in accounting. He’s a lead data analyst
3% annually unless promotion or market adj. I don’t mind because I also get 30% bonus and RSUs
thats good comp
Chief
Curious myself as I just made the jump. I got stock comp a big 401k contribution and bonus up to 40%. But am curious how the raises will be. They said it would be above normal for industry but I guess I’ll see next year.
Around 3-5% with a 20% bonus, $140k base. Hardly ever do OT.
Which company? I've worked OT in almost every company throughout my career
Raises arent high, but my company gives bonus and RSUs regularly so I dont really care for raises.
Raises aren’t substantial but bonus target goes up every year. first year in industry and bonus is 20-25%. Next year, ~25-30% i’m guessing. Maybe more.
Between 10-20%
4% annually depending on health of company and 15% bonus.
3.1% cost of living adjustment because that is how much they think “inflation” is
4% merit increase and 5.2% bonus.
