II've been with JP Morgan for 2.3 years as an Analyst in AWM, and despite seeing peers get promoted to Team Leader within 1.5-2 years, I haven't had a promotion yet. My manager has mentioned a potential promotion by year-end. I'm considering whether to wait for this opportunity or explore Internal Job Postings (IJP) within the company. With 4.3 years of overall experience and a current CTC of 8 LPA, I feel my salary is below market expectations.
