Know that as an experienced hire, you are going to start to doubt yourself big time and wonder if you are supposed be where you are. Totally normal!
Even though you were hired for your experience, they pretty much want you to forget your way and do everything the Deloitte way. Remember your skill set!
Expect countless reviews, revisions and meetings unless you are fortunate to be with a manager that trusts their team and has a hands off style.

You’ll learn on the job, if you’re joining a big firm — you’ll prob have options for eLearning and other training resources. They’ll have standard processes and most of it is conforming. The rest is people skills. Good luck OP & welcome to the life of creating decks for every convo.
