I’m 23, a year out of undergrad, and I have been working as a Portfolio Specialist in Fintech for the last 5 months. I have internship exp with Vanguard as well. Do any of you have experience with structuring a technical challenge to where it's the same for each candidate? I've had it happen where our devs asked questions to each candidate based on their lived experience vs. a standard set of questions that revolve around what needs to be performed in a dev role.

However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company.
