I’m a complete noob when it comes to cars and need some serious help to weigh my options. I own a 2011 BMW 328i with 150K miles on it. Considering buying a preowned sedan or small SUV in the $20-30K range OR leasing. Pros and cons? Things I should consider? Please help!

Will be in the market for a car in a month or so - narrowed down to Mazda CX 50 Turbo but the BMW X3 is only around $5k more compared to the Mazda Turbo trim I liked.
