I’m a creative spirit bursting at the seams of bedside nursing. I hobby in marketing, creating and designing business cards and logos, family photography. Detail oriented, editing and perfecting. I need a job that encapsulates the creativity with the nursing. I like research, audits, extracting but have only dabbled and helped out in downtime situations. Stuck in a rut to find what works for me AND find someone that will give me a chance to learn something without 2 years experience. Thoughts?

I wonder if you could look into marketing at a healthcare company? Use the experience to set yourself apart, maybe?

If you can make an online portfolio, you can try dabbling in some freelance work. Maybe check out five or Upwork. However it’s going to be challenging getting your foot in a door an actual marketing agency without experience and education in the field.

Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Looking for some mental health advice - I’ve been dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety/panic attacks for over 5 years. Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Do I go to a pyscitatrist whose trained more in pharma or start with therapist. Have done therapy in past without much help.

What happens if there are two visa applications submitted on my name by two companies?
