I'm a digital AD who only worked in small/medium agencies or design studios. At almost 30, I'm frustrated and stressed out by the work, and thinking I should go in-house. The only thing is I'm afraid of being bored/finding it "too corporate". Should I work at a big company, a start-up... ? I would like the transition to be as smooth as possible. Advice on managing up / enduring toxic deal teams? I’m at the point where my stomach drops any time I see something come in from certain people. I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings).
