I'm a fresher with MBA , looking for jobs in Finance. Recently, completed investment Banking course, gained hands on how to build a financial model from scratch , Pitch decks , Valuation of Company . Been applying to several roles through linkedin and naukri , but no revert from companies after viewing applications. Some HR call to know about background, then ghost a person , no response after saying we'll get back to you . Months pass. A little help would be great .

Whats the best industry certification for business analyst?

This might be a long shot but I'm looking for a volunteer who is trying to break into a federal career. Maybe a transitioning veteran, recent grad, or career-changer.

I'm pursuing my master career coaching cert and need to do a recorded 45-minute session. You don't have to be identified if you don't want to.

What is the obsession and appeal for MBB among MBA grads? Is it really that amazing - from afar it seems like it may be romanticized (maybe not the right word) among applicants. I know it’s way better than the work I do now, so I’m not knocking MBB at all. It’s super impressive. Maybe a better way to phrase it is that MBA applicants seem to have a fairy tale view of consulting as a whole. I get the impression that people think a job in consulting is a magic ticket anywhere

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Baby furniture. What is everyone doing? FTM and trying to figure out if it’s worth investing in very expensive nursery furniture. We were looking at the Natart furniture collection and the Silva collections. These both come in at about $2000-$2400. The furniture is high quality and grows with the child. Alternatively I could go the lower end route at get everything for like $800. Is that wise? I hear horror stories about low quality and paint chipping from the baby teething on the crib.
