Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I recently applied to the Content Designer, 2023 Graduate remote role at Atlassian and I'd appreciate it if I could get a referral.
Here are some details to aid in your decision-making:
- Last summer, I worked at Google as a UX Content Design Intern.
- I am currently in a grad program at
NYU and will graduate in Spring 2023.
- Before graduate school, I spent 3+ years as a Copywriter in Advertising.
I'd really appreciate any recommendation I can get at this time.

Go with L.E.K. Consulting - no brainer.
No offense to Accenture folk but when it comes to strategy consulting, L.E.K. is far more reputable. Not to say Accenture doesn’t have a name in other things but just not for strategy imo
Two of my coworkers are former ACN interns— both disliked the bureaucracy and size of the org and switched to LEK for ft. Obv a very biased sample tho
Feel free to DM - interned with ACN and currently at LEK full time. Very happy w the swap.
Do you want to work on/exit to tech/digital stuff (ACN) or private equity / life science stuff (LEK)?
5 years ago this would have been a no brainer with LEK. Still think the answer is LEK given your options. Have a good understand of what a CDD is and If that is something of interest to you.
Congrats OP!! Those are two great firms.
From what I hear LEK has much deeper exits - like qualitatively better. ACN Strat might be a more widely recognizable name.
For variety ACN might be the way to go, but for quality of exits, b-school placement, and comp progression I’d say LEK from what I’ve heard.
Caveat being I’m not super familiar with ACN Strat.

These lists are paid advertising and rigged.
Yeah just currently advising FAANG no rep in strat
Feel free to DM if you want to chat about LEK! I’m currently an Associate
ACN Strat here - happy to talk if you want help with your decision
My advice - follow the money. I think our biggest differentiator is that I feel we have the best WLB.
But, pay will be the best determination of what your company views you as being worth.
I’m willing to bet your accenture offer is higher, but if I’m wrong run with LEK.
To add onto that, if you end up sticking around LEK eventually significantly outstrips ACN
That's awesome you have offers with both, I'd kill to even have a chance to interview with either. I'd say LEK if you want pure strategy work. Though Accenture is really cool if you want techy opps later on.
LEK is very little strategy work, mostly due diligence
