I’m a media planner looking to get over into the creative side (account management, strategy, etc) what is an equitable position that I can look into? Can I jump straight into being an account exec?

My current company is “taking me off payroll” but instead of laying me off or firing me, are fully expecting me to take up an hourly contractor position for $30/hour with no specified time or guarantee of hours. How do I respectfully tell them no?

Has anyone attempted tax loss harvesting on RH? I went long on Brazil and with talk the turmoil there the stock is not going to recover in a while. Can I sell my position and buy a correlated stock?

How difficult would a move from Southern Europe strategy tier 2 to London strategy tier 2 be?

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!
