I've seen quite a few people make jokes about being "aged out" of advertising. Could someone please explain what that looks like and when that typically happens? Forgive the dumb question, I'm a newbie to the industry so I'm a bit confused. Wouldn't agencies want people with more experience?

Hi My wife is a banking associate. She mostly worked on frontend banking. This job demands her to go to branch everyday even in pandemic time too. Now as we have a kid(4months) to take care, this jobs doesn't seems to be flexible. So she is looking for a change in career path. What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company.
