So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

If you’re getting quick rejections, your resume may not be matching the keywords in the job description. Try mirroring the language they use for skills and impact so it passes the screen and reaches a real recruiter.
Use AI to review it and create a prompt to review for ATS, rank it for competitiveness in a specific job, and adjust it for human readability. It will make solid recommendations, you have to do the edits.
I’m a little worried about this. Some of my former colleagues are also stuck in “ATS filter” hell. Right now I’m employed and only interviewing for roles that seem especially interesting, but I wonder if things would be the same if I were actively job hunting, and honestly, that scares me.
Use AI for your advantage here. I second what was said earlier, ask GPT to mirror the job description and have the right keywords
