I’m a new grad (well not so new) I do have some experience in operations management. I have 2 job offers- one for supply chain coordinator at a mid sized FMCG firm, one of in the credit department at a global bank, the latter is totally different from what I’ve been doing and I am not sure if I want to switch. In terms of compensation both are similar but the first one is more flexible / relaxed in terms of hybrid/wfh options. I want to know the scope of supply chain before pivoting into banking

I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.
